Drama

In his free time, phone technician Cezars Kalnins writes songs and plays in a band he has started with friends. The band has a long road to travel in order to receive a permit and make its public debut. A member of the Culture Committee superficially listens to the songs and criticises them but later is powerless to stop the grindstone of public debate, which she has herself initiated.
